Reaching out to begin therapy takes courage as it shows a desire for understanding and a hope for change. I believe that the right fit between a therapist and client is essential to the success of any treatment. This important relationship is the springboard for safe exploration into the areas of your life that you find problematic. I strive to create a warm and caring atmosphere in order to help you gain perspective. Therapy should be a collaborative process, where your voice is validated and respected. I view every client as unique therefore therapy is tailored to your individual needs in order to achieve emotional health and well-being.
